We ask that clients call the clinic prior to arrival.
- Our goal is to let you know when we have availability in the schedule and keep your wait time as short as possible.
- We will try to accommodate walk-ins as the schedule allows, however, for routine care like vaccines or wellness appointments we will typically request that you schedule an appointment for later in the week. For more urgent walk-ins, we may provide an estimate for care and ask that you drop off your pet so we can work on the services your pet needs without having you wait in the clinic.
- Our schedule has 2 available emergency slots every day, we ask that clients still call ahead to the clinic and let us know what is going on with your pet. This allows us to get equipment and supplies prepared for your pet’s arrival so we can get to work as quickly as possible.
